55 Chinese suppliers support Apple's decarbonization efforts
The U.S. tech company Apple Inc. on Tuesday called on global supply chain to take new steps to address greenhouse gas emissions and to decarbonize across the board. A total of 55 Chinese suppliers, among over 200 global peers, have promised to produce Apple products using clean energy such as wind power and solar power, said Ge Yue, vice president and managing director of Apple Greater China.
